OVERVIEW

The Bushcat was designed with off airport operations in mind. It is a highly capable back country aircraft offering you all you would need from a bush plane. For a weekend getaway or extended stay in the bush, the BushCat will exceed your requirements and expectations.

It has multiple configuration options and is the quickest and easiest kit in its class to build.

EXTERIOR COLOUR OPTIONS

THE BUSHCAT IS A FUN AIRCRAFT

The Trilaminate material covering is available in 5 colours: Black, White, Yellow, Blue and Orange. We have various layout templates on offer that incorporate these fabric colours.

The composite parts of the aircraft can be painted in any colour imaginable – making the exterior look of your BushCat totally customisable. The aircraft can be made to look bright and playful should that be your aim, or perhaps your choice would be a more conservative and less conspicuous one – the choice is all yours.

INSTRUMENT PANELS

With an option to match every budget and mission, the BushCat is now available with standard instrument panel options.

What’s more is that we now also include all wiring looms for these standard panels for kit builders making the BushCat the quickest and easiest 2 seat kit aircraft to assemble.

UNDERCARRIAGE OPTIONS

BUSHCAT IS AVAILABLE IN NOSEWHEEL, TAILDRAGGER AND AMPHIBIOUS CONFIGURATIONS.

The BushCat nosewheel is a great backcountry capable aircraft while the taildragger version is considered by some as the ultimate Bush performer.

We also offer amphibious float options for those wishing to operate off land and water. (Float availability is region specific).

Several tyre options are available for use on the BushCat. While the nosegear version can be fitted with tyres as large as 800 x 6 balloon tyres, the taildragger BushCat has been tested with main tyres up to 26 inch super tundra units for extreme off field missions.

BRS PARACHUTE – OPTIONAL

Peace of mind safety

The BRS parachute system is deployed in life threatening situations by a rocket to slow the aircraft and then lower it and the occupants to the ground in a slow and safe descent. The parachute and solid propellant ballistic rocket assembly are enclosed in a canister mounted inside the fuselage that is activated manually by the pilot.
